I want a refund!

This app does not work, waited 18 hours for it to make a 4.2gb MP4 that even VLC would not play. I have tried all kinds of different ways to get my file but normally when it gets to 50% the software slows down & then the file will become unusable. I want my 10 bucks back. Dont waste your money or time on this app!
